The renowned and extensively researched 8 week course developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.  Read more about MBSR by clicking on this sentence.  

The course includes a required orientation session on Jun 9th at 12pm EDT.  Classes 1 through 8 are held each Tuesday afternoon from Jun 16 - Aug 4 from 12pm to 2:30pm EDT online via live video. There is a day of practice held on Sunday Jul 19 from 9:30am to 4pm EDT.
