The renowned and extensively researched 8 week course developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.  Read more about MBSR by clicking on this sentence.  

The course includes a required orientation session on Feb 25th at 12pm ET. Classes 1 through 8 are held each Thursday from Mar 4 - Apr 22 from 12pm to 2:30pm ET online via live video. There is a day of practice held on Saturday Apr 10 from 9:30am to 4:30pm ET.
